Opportunities now find you, instead of the other way around.
The News tab is where you go to get the most out of Nimble — spotlighting the features you have access to but haven't turned on yet, so you can start seeing the value without digging for it.
Since launch, the News tab has served up opportunity cards for four features: Collect, Admin Fee, Refill, and Birthday Announcements.
Now it works even harder for you, with three new upgrades:
- Shows up where you already are. The opportunity most relevant to your pharmacy now appears right in Chat and Task — no need to remember to check News.
- Real numbers, not estimates. Your Admin Fee opportunity now shows a live figure calculated from your own fill volume, so you know exactly what it could mean for your pharmacy.
- More ways to grow. New Collect and Refill cards join Admin Fee and Birthday Announcements, so there's more value to unlock right from the News tab.
Nothing here is required, and nothing about your workflow changes. It's simply easier to notice value you haven't unlocked yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I see a banner? At most one per week, and only for features you haven't already activated.
Where will banners show up? In your Chat and Task tabs in addition to the News tab itself.
Is the Admin Fee number accurate to my pharmacy? Yes. It's now calculated from your own fill volume rather than a network average, so it reflects what Admin Fee could actually mean for your business.
Do I have to do anything? No. This update doesn't add new required steps or change any existing workflow. It's designed to help you notice and act on opportunities already available to you, on your own schedule.
