How Do I Send a Patient a Checkout Text Manually?

How to Trigger a Checkout Message to Patients

Have a patient who needs a link to check out? You are able to send a patient a checkout text notification from your Nimble Dashboard!

  • Navigate to "Patient Search" and search for the patient who needs the link by Name or Date of Birth
  • Once the patient in question appears in the search results, select their patient profile by clicking their name
    • Please note, when an item is available in the cart, you will see a green checkmark under "Ready to purchase" within the patient’s profile
  • Within the patient’s profile, scroll down to "Ready to purchase"
    • Here you will see the prescriptions actively in the cart available for checkout
    • Right below the cart items, you will see "Notify Patient To Checkout"
  • Clicking "Notify Patient To Checkout" will manually trigger a checkout notification to your patient
