Installing the Liberty Plugin
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and enabling the NimbleRx Liberty Plugin within your PharmacyOne environment, followed by some Frequently Asked Questions.
Prerequisites
- Download the Plugin: Ensure you have the plugin ZIP file saved to your computer. Download here.
- Permissions: You must have administrative rights within PharmacyOne.

- Click on system in the top navigation, and then settings
- Click on plugins after which you will be taken to the plugin manager.
- Click on Install New at the bottom of the plugin manager
- Select the saved plugin zip file wherever you have it saved on your computer (file can be downloaded by accessing https://l.nimblerx.com/liberty-plugin). Click on Open in the bottom right
- After you click on open in step 4, you will be taken back to the plugin manager. Ensure the Enabled checkbox is selected for the NimbleRx plugin. Close out of the window
- Close out of PharmacyOne to restart it
- Reopen PharmacyOne and the plugin is now visible
Troubleshooting Permissions
If you do not see the Plugins option in your settings, you likely need to an admin enable the Plugin Management permission.
- Navigate to System > Settings > Security.
- Update the Group: Select the Group (e.g., Administrators) you want to edit.
- Click Change Group.
- Find Plugins Management, check the box, and click OK.
- Assign the User:
- Select the specific User who needs access.
- Click Change User.
- Ensure the Group you just edited is checked for that user and click OK.
