How Do I See a Patient's Previous Orders?

Viewing a Patient's Previous Orders

From the Patient's Profile:

• Navigate to the Patient Search page.
• Type in the name or date of birth of the patient and click on their name in the search results to see their profile.
• Past orders will be under the Order History section.

From the Order History Page:

• Navigate to the Order History page.
• Search for the order(s) you're interested in by patient name, patient date of birth, or rx #. You can narrow your search by a date range and whether or not the patient has signed for their orde
