How Do I Send a Patient a Signature Request?
Sending a New Signature Request
There are two ways to send a signature request link to your patients: either through your "Call List" or "Patient Search". Let’s dive into both ways you can obtain a patient signature.
Using Call List
- Log in to your Nimble Dashboard
- Navigate to the "Call List" tab on your Nimble Dashboard
- From there, filter the Call List by clicking on the "Order Not Signed" section in the top navigation bar
- This section contains all orders pending a signature from your patients

- Find the patient for whom you would like to trigger a signature and click the pen icon under the “Actions” column.
- Clicking this icon will allow you to request the signature directly from the patient
Using Patient Search
- Log in to your Nimble Dashboard
- Navigate to the "Patient Search" tab on your Nimble Dashboard
- Search for the patient in question by Name or Date of Birth
- Once the patient in question appears in the search results, click on their name to be taken to their profile
- Scroll down to the "Order History" section of their profile
- All orders affiliated with this particular patient will display here with the applicable order details

- If you are still pending the patient's signature, you will see "Request" listed under "Order Signature"
- Clicking this icon will allow you to request the signature directly from the patient
