How Do I Update a Patient's Delivery Address in Nimble?

Updating a Patient Address Within Nimble

Did one of your patients recently move or have a change of address? Updating a patient’s address for delivery purposes within Nimble is easy and takes just a few clicks!

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Navigate to your Nimble Dashboard and click on the ‘Patient Search’ tab
  • Search patients by their Name or Date of Birth
  • Once you’ve located the correct patient in the search results, select the patient’s profile

  • Once you’ve clicked into the patient’s profile, scroll down to the “Delivery address” section
  • Click the purple “Edit Address” button on the right hand side of the screen
  • Enter in the patient’s new address and submit your edit!
