Why Can I See Patients’ IDs on Order Tasks?
Patients may be asked to upload a photo ID in order to purchase certain controlled medications. From this point forward, their ID will be available to view on all order tasks moving forward. A patient's ID being visible does not indicate that a task contains a controlled medication; it simply means that they've uploaded their ID at some point, and the ID is available for your reference should you need it.
If a patient gets prescriptions from multiple Nimble pharmacies, their ID is visible to all of their pharmacies.
