Setting Up Your Pickup & Delivery Options
Managing how your patients get their medicine just got easier. We have moved the Pickup & Delivery settings right into your Pharmacy Dashboard.
Before this change, you had to ask our team to change these settings for you. Now, you can do it yourself! This saves you time and gives you more control over your pharmacy's services.
What's New?
You now have a "self-serve" page. This means you can:
- Choose which delivery companies (couriers) you want to use.
- Set your own delivery schedules.
- Update your service levels (like "Same Day" or "Next Day") instantly.
How to Use It (Step-by-Step)
Follow these simple steps to update your settings:
Step 1: Open Settings Look at the menu on the side of your dashboard. Click the Settings button.
Step 2: Go to Pickup & Delivery: Inside Settings, click the tab that says Pickup & Delivery.
Step 3: Choose what to change: Find the Delivery section. Look for the service you want to update and click Edit.
Step 4: Check your work: A summary bar will appear at the top of the page. Read it to make sure everything looks correct before you save.
Step 5: Save your changes: Click the Save button. You’re done! Your new settings are now active.

Who can see these settings?
Right now, this page is available for pharmacy staff who have permission to change dashboard settings.
Do I have to call support to change my delivery hours?
No! You can now change your own schedules and service levels directly on this page.
What if I make a mistake?
Don't worry. You can go back into the settings and edit them again at any time. Just remember to check the "Summary Banner" in Step 4 to catch any errors before hitting save.
