How Do I Customize Chat Room Message Options?

To accommodate your pharmacy’s unique workflow and communication style, we’ve made it easy to customize which Nimble Messaging copy options are sent to your patients. These changes will allow for crucial flexibility depending on copay processing needs, your filling process, and compounding options.

Swapping Your Copy Options in the Nimble Dashboard

  • Navigate to your Nimble Dashboard and click on the Customizations tab
  • Select "Automated Chat Message" in the Customizations tab dropdown
  • Choose the type of automated chat message the patient will receive by clicking "Switch To This Message"
  • Press "Confirm" on the confirmation modal when prompted
