How Do I Access Direct Pay Statements Through the Payout Tab?

Easily access your Direct Pay payout statements with the new ‘Payout’ tab in the dashboard.

We’ve broken out ‘Payouts’ into its own tab and made filtering by payout date(s) available so you can quickly find what you’re looking for. All payout statements will be available for download for any auditing purposes.

Accessing Direct Pay Statements on Your Dashboard

Payout statements are organized and searchable by the payout date on the payout dashboard.

‍

Under the ‘Transaction’ and ‘Payout receipt’ columns, a “Download” button is present, and the following actions can be taken:

• Download payout receipt OR
• Download transaction CSV

If you want to download both the payout summary and transaction CSV in one .zip file, select the checkbox and click the “Download” button.

You can see a clear status of the payout statements

• Payout Status: The status of the payout, whether it has been paid, in transit, or failed

‍

The column titles in the transaction CSV have been updated to be clearer so you can easily find what you’re looking for.
