When do patients get a text to check out?

Patients receive an SMS with a link to check out through Nimble once your pharmacy system signals that the prescription is ready. Each pharmacy system has its own way of sending this signal to Nimble.

Tell Your Patients: “You’ll be getting a message from our new app. It’s an easier way for you to check out online, save time at the pharmacy, and manage your medications in one place!”
