How Do I Know Whether a Patient Received a Nimble SMS Message Recently?
Checking for Recent Nimble Checkout Messages
- Navigate to the Patient Search page.
- Type in the name or date of birth of the patient and click on their name in the search results to see their profile.

- Under the Patient contact header, you will see the phone number and email address Nimble has on file for the patient, as well as information about the last SMS message that was sent to the patient within the last 30 days.
- If the message failed to send, the failure reason will be provided.
- The View Message History link will show you more information about the different types of messages the patient has received in the last 30 days.
