How Do I Place an Order For a Patient?

Placing an Order for Your Patients

• Navigate to the Patient Search page.
• Type in the name or date of birth of the patient and click on their name in the search results to see their profile.

• Scroll down to the section titled “Ready to purchase”; this section shows any fills that the patient has that are ready to purchase, as well as information about any recent communication with the patient about purchasing their fills.
• Click the Start Patient Checkout button to begin the checkout process
