What Are the Different Types of Tasks? What Do I Need to Do?
Tasks On the Nimble Dashboard
- The tasks on your Task Dashboard are how you know that a patient has done an action that requires your attention. This ranges from submitting insurance information to paying for their prescriptions!
The Different Types of Tasks and How to Complete Them
Please note that not all pharmacies will use every task type - if you see a task listed here that doesn't look familiar, there's no cause for alarm!
- Delivery Order: This is an order that the patient has requested delivery for. The order has already been paid for, and its contents, the patient's address, and their selected delivery service are shown on the task. If the selected courier is integrated with Nimble, you'll need to print the package label (which tells the courier to come pick up the package) before you complete the task.
- Pickup Order: This is an order that the patient will come to the pharmacy and pick up. The order has already been paid for, and its contents and the patient's selected pickup window are shown on the task.
- Refill: The patient has indicated that they would like a refill of the selected prescription(s). This task will complete itself once the next fill(s) are tagged for Nimble in your system.
- Renewal: The patient requested a refill of their prescription, but no refills are left. The patient's information, the relevant prescription information, and the prescriber's name and NPI are shown on the task to make it easier for you to request approval from the prescriber.
- Insurance: The patient has submitted information about their insurance. The photo they uploaded of their insurance card will be shown in the task; you may approve the insurance or request that the patient send new information. Once you take one of these actions, you can complete the task.
