Rx Sold

Overview

Rx Sold is a Nimble feature that sends a text message to patients after their prescription is sold if they purchase it directly from the pharmacy, not through the Nimble checkout link. The message thanks the patient for their purchase and provides easy ways to get support.

This creates an additional touchpoint between the pharmacy and the patient after pickup.

Why Rx Sold Matters

Rx Sold helps pharmacies:

  • Thank patients after a prescription purchase
  • Stay connected beyond the point of sale
  • Offer quick access to support, chat, and AI assistance

Who Receives an Rx Sold Message

A patient will receive an Rx Sold message when:

  • The Rx Sold opportunity is enabled for the pharmacy
  • The prescription is sold by the pharmacy and tagged for Nimble
  • The patient has not yet consented to HIPAA or is eligible to see an ad

To reduce message volume, patients receive no more than one Rx Sold message per pharmacy per day.

When Messages Are Sent

  • Messages are sent after the prescription is marked as sold
  • Messages are not sent during quiet hours (8 PM – 8 AM)

What the Patient Receives

The Rx Sold message includes:

  • A short thank-you for the prescription purchase
  • A link to Nimble where the patient can:
    • Chat with the pharmacy (if two-way chat is enabled)
    • Use Mira AI for health-related questions

Where to View Rx Sold Activity


Rx Sold messages and pharmacy-sold fills appear in the Order List.
