Important Update Regarding Your Nimble Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA)
We'd like to share an important update regarding Nimble's Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) program.
Nimble has made the decision to sunset its CPA program. As a result:
- Your current CPA will remain valid through its existing expiration date.
- Nimble will not renew CPAs after they expire.
- No new enrollments or modifications to existing CPAs will be available after September 30, 2026.
If your pharmacy plans to continue offering services that require a Collaborative Practice Agreement after your current CPA expires, we encourage you to begin evaluating alternative CPA providers or establishing a direct agreement with a collaborating physician, as permitted by your state's laws.
For Health Mart Pharmacies:
If you are a Health Mart pharmacy, you will continue to have access to CPA options through the Health Mart PERKS program. Once your current Nimble CPA expires, you can enroll with the CPA vendor available through the Vendor section of Health Mart PERKS Avenue.
Please note that your existing Nimble CPA cannot be transferred to another vendor, so a new enrollment will be required through the Health Mart PERKS program if you wish to maintain CPA coverage.
