1. Bulk Editing (New Layout!)
Based on your feedback, we’ve made it easier to update multiple items at once.
- How it works: Simply navigate the table and update prices or offerings across several products.
- The Benefit: You no longer need to open a separate side panel for every single change. Just edit and save!
2. Management for Chain Owners
If you manage multiple locations, your workflow remains seamless:
- Pharmacy Selector: Use the dropdown menu at the top of the tool to switch between your different pharmacy locations.
- Global Control: Quickly adjust sales tax, product offerings, and pricing for each specific site from one central hub.

FAQs
Are there any changes to what the patient sees at checkout?
No changes have been made to the patient app. Your customers will experience the same checkout flow and see the same product details as they did previously.
How do you change the sales tax?
Sales tax is managed directly within the product section. You can edit the tax by selecting Manage Products and using the Save or Cancel buttons to finalize your changes.
How do Nimble internal teams manage products?
Product management for Nimble employees remains in the original Retool application. They can still add or remove products and edit specific details like descriptions and images from that interface.
Will I lose any data during this transition?
No. All the information and settings from the original tool have been migrated to the new dashboard view. The primary change is the visual layout and the speed of the interface.
Do I still have to click into each product to see details?
No. The new single-table layout allows you to see all product information at once, which makes it much easier to review your entire inventory without additional clicks.
